The attack by the French commandos at Ouistreham. Love the way it was filmed even though it isn't accurate.
Waterloo
Battle of Britain (the final battle scene) music for this is powerful as well,
Flag of Our Fathers after they hit the beach.
The taking of Pegasus Bridge. I walked around here a number of times and to think what they achieved was inspiring.

The big one in the rain at the end of Seven Samurai is a bit tasty.
Does the end of The Wild Bunch count as a battle I reckon it does so it's in!
Also the chase/battle at the end of Last of the Mohicans is exciting!

Couple of excellent ones in Cross Of Iron..when the leutentant gets killed and when the Tank chases them inot the factory.

The burning church scene in Come & See is not a fav scene but it's certainly memorable... as is the little girl in the red coat in Schindler's List and the `Choice' in Sophie's choice...
